Also camped there for a convention and enjoyed it. The hot tub was working and a good temperature, the staff was very helpful. My site was a back in and not shaded. Wi-Fi and cable worked fine. Not many cable stations but all I needed was the news. There is a small restaurant within walking distance that served fair hamburgers. Road noise was not noticeable and I was closer to the highway than many of the rigs.

Brand new site. It is listed as Choctaw Casino - Durant. It is NOT at the casino and is NOT in Durant. I arrived late at night and there was no signage at all to let me know where the camp was. I pulled into the casino thinking it was there after stopping in Durant and not finding it. Called the site and with much 'turn here, turn there' in the dark finally found the camp. The person on the desk was very nice and apologized for the fact there were no signs. The grounds and building are lovely and this will be a good spot but you have to have directions on how to get there and the KOA book was less than helpful.

I would have rated it higher but the managers were less than friendly. When I called ahead to ask if they had space every question was answered with one word 'yes'. Nothing more. When I arrived it was almost a routine speech and then take us to our site. Not very welcoming. The park itself was fine. Clean and level. I stayed one night.

The manager was were very helpful and lead me to my site. Wi-Fi connection was strong enough to do my work. The only thing that might disturb some people was the train coming by during the night but to me it was kind of pleasing. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean park. The dog run was the best I've ever seen with little agility runs for the 'guests'.

Very beautiful camp site with welcoming managers. Many amenities - more than I expected. There is pizza available at the office and you can purchase fudge as well. They offer breakfast at the convention center and shuttle service to shows if you purchase your tickets at their office. They aren't discounted tickets but they get good seats. The site was very clean and your trash is picked up in the mornings. I would definitely return again.

I know it says there are pull-through sites but I couldn't really see them. Kept thinking I was in the wrong part of the park. There is a sign out front to 'pick a spot'. It a very basic camp but there were hookups for the water, electric, and sewer and it was fine for an overnight stay. The gentleman who ran it was very nice and the price was certainly good. It was just outside of Waldron.

I arrived at night so picked my own spot which was level. Looked like most of the RVs were permanents. Area well kept where we were parked but around the office there was a lot of trash and old rigs stuffed with junk. Otherwise agree with the previous reviews. Unless I was there for fishing I probably wouldn't make the drive to get to it.

The only drawbacks for this park were the lack of any shade at all and the rocks in the entire area. I was there one night and stayed inside so it was not a problem but if you had children or were there for several days I can see where that would be difficult to manage. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend it for short stays.

We saw an ad in a Texas magazine for this park so decided to try it. The one problem I had with the site were all the rocks around the parking area. You couldn't walk without stepping on or over them and it was easy to twist your ankle. The staff was very nice and they keep a lot of fishing gear including worms for the fisherman. The only fishing in the immediate area was a small pond with a pier. The place was quiet and had a very nice swimming pool. My husband used the showers and said they were very small but they were clean. The Wi-Fi was fine but there was no cable. The 30 amp service was through a wire outside the metal box.

The directions we were given were very poor so it took us quite awhile to find the site but we enjoyed our stay. The park was clean and had the fanciest dumpster I had ever seen. The only TV available was by antenna and local channels. There was a nice dog walk. No pool.

I stayed one night. There is a pond with catch and release fishing, a very nice pool and a spa. The only cable available was in the game room. The owners young son was managing the desk and explained that the wifi only allowed 30 minute limits and then you would lose your connection. You could restart but this made it very difficult to work on something where you needed uninterrupted wifi time. There were some shaded sites but most were in the open.

The ladies who ran the camp were delightful and guided me to my site. There was a nice dog park along with a fair sized swimming pool. We opted to have the cook fix us dinner the night we stayed and it was delicious. There was a menu to choose from and you could also join an ice cream social. They had a large selection of movies you could borrow as well and a small gift shop. We camped in a motorhome and would definitely stay there again.

We were able to get cable at our site. There is a small dog park but not much grass and lots of stickers. The people at the desk were very nice and told us about a moon light program at White Sands. We used the laundry which was very clean. Also had a nice little gift shop.
